This was our first time in a Marriott, and our stay was amazing. Stayed for 5 days for work and brought my wife with me. We loved how clean everything was, our spacious room, awesome pool/hot tub/gym area, the outdoor fire pit, and having a straight view of sunsets every night with a bed that faced the window. The only hiccup we had was at checkout, where we’d asked earlier in the week if we could check out late at 2pm when I was off work. Two employees confirmed that was all good, but at checkout, the lady helping us had no record of it, and didn’t seem all that impressed. At the end of the day, we did our due diligence in checking days in advance, so we do not want to feel “guilty” for not paying a late checkout fee. At the end of the day our request was still honoured, but the person helping us could have been a bit more hospitable about it.

Great place to stay. Nice rooms and great hotel staff. But they need to figure out why they have a restaurant. Service is poor at best. First night I had extremely over cooked fish and chips, the second evening I didn't enjoy the worst club house I have ever had the misfortune of eating. My last night I ordered chewy beyond belief lamb shanks. Won't ever eat here again!

We had a conference in the hotel, the cafe was really good and fair prices (for a hotel), the food was AMAZING, and the staff was very nice, helpful and efficient. Barely noticed they were there then all of a sudden everything had been cleaned up. Would definitely book a conference there again. I was an attendee so I don't know what it was like to work with them but the service and food was great!

Great location, easy access, 7 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall, VERY friendly staff! Rooms are clean and spacious. Complementary tea in the lobby, passports printing, computer use. Cute bistro and bar. Small pool/hot tub and fitness room. Highly recommend.

Came here for a workshop. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Lots of amenities. Sadly, beds were uncomfortable. While I don’t mind a firm mattress it felt as if I could feel the springs in this bed. Satisfactory but bed or bedding could be improved.
