Comfortable and clean! We have been coming here for years and every time we are more than pleased! Front desk reception is always very friendly and welcoming, Breanna was so kind to bring us extra towels and cater to our needs! The location is perfect and close to almost everything! It’s always a relaxing stay.

Loved the hotel's atmosphere . So warm and cozy. The best part of my stay was the room service I got from a staff at the hotel. I believe Sally was her name. She made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent customer service. I look forward returning on visiting again in the near future when am back in town.

As of July 2018, this hotel has a breakfast buffet restaurant open in the mornings only, a Subway open throughout the day, Shakers Roadhouse where live bands perform and another bar/games room that doesn't serve food but, has awesome pinball machines. Sad that the room rate doesn't include a continental breakfast but, I did get free coffee from the lobby in the morning and free popcorn in the evening. The wifi in the room drops the signal unless you sit right next to the box. Although the train track runs behind the hotel, I didn't hear any noise of the train passing by from inside my room. I got an affordable rate of $444CDN for 6 nights.

I won't deny that the front end staff are curtious and I especially liked the big rig front end behind the desk, unfortunately it ended there. Starting at the door of the room and moving in....the door did not latch and was insecure if the deadbolt wasn't used, the bathroom had no working exhaust fan, the water never really got hot, the sink wouldn't drain until I reached under the counter to release the drain plug. The t.v did not work. And the windows were filthy. The beds however were very comfortable but in the morning there was no breakfast as promised because the restraint had been closed down. Even with prices as low as they are, I don't believe we will stay there again.
