Rooms were not very clean. Husband found 2 beer bottle caps on floor (luckily our 10 month old didn't find it).... We had exterior room and the battery was dead so we couldn't get back in the building. (Happened the night before and again the next day) Continental breakfast the next day was good. Wasn't the worst place I stayed but definitely wasn't the best!

It’s a pretty average hotel, maybe a little above average. Looks to be recently renovated. Breakfast is decent and has a good selection of hot and cold foods. Rooms are decently clean and modern, however I found dried blood and some stains on some of the pillows, so sheet and cover maintenance could use some work. Hotel layout is a little peculiar and some areas of the hotel don’t seem to be renovated/modern compared to other parts of the hotel. Gym is a joke. Only 3 cardio machines and one strength machine when the Best Western website states that they have a gym and a weightlifting facility. Otherwise, the stay was decent and the front staff were efficient and friendly and resolved most of the problems during my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. we stayed only 1 night but we enjoyed it. the hotel is under renovations but even so they kept all open areas tidy and clean.l. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. it had clean rooms and good service.

I very recently spent one night at this hotel with my daughter and three grandkids. There was some confusion about what room we were to have but finally were placed in a suite which was big and spacious; it was nicely appointed. However, we found an empty bottle on the floor, a tampon, thankfully unused, and a pill (could have been disastrous in the wrong hands). The cushions on the couch were upside down and therefore the tags were all showing, the bathroom had a great shower but no where inside the shower to place your shampoo, etc. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was more than adequate but some of these small/large details need to be addressed.

Clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Was upgraded to a deluxe suite room for free. Close enough to Calgary and off leash dog parks. Would recommend to any pet owner.
