Got a room for six people. It included two queen beds and one pull out couch. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel comes with complimentary continental breakfast. Really cool pancake maker. Room has a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker,hair dryer and iron, hangers, television and wardrobe area. Our rooms were cleaned each day and supplies for the room including shampoo, soaps and towels were restocked. I had an allergic reaction to the shampoo, soap and conditioner supplied there. The brand is from bath and body works. There is snacks, medicine and sanitary napkins provided by the front desk. Location is not far from Calgary but to go on expeditions you can spend about two to three hours driving to the mountains and lakes. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Airdrie for a couple of nights during the Calgary Stampede and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the associated amenities. The hotel itself was fairly close to Calgary and to shopping at Cross Iron Mills. The complimentary breakfast was okay (not amazing), the provided coffee was always fresh and not bad, and the pool and hot tub were pretty nice. We would stay here again.

They were great! Friendly staff, awesome room, and they did a great job keeping up with the breakfast rush even with a full house. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms look new. The beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. The kids had a great time in the pool and on the waterslide. The location is very convenient, just off of the QE2. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Rooms are nice. We stayed in the standard king and felt the decor was modern and fresh. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the hours of the pool were really great. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. My 3 star comes because of a few things. 1st cleaning staff did not reset the alarm clock from the last persons stay...as such the alarm in our room went off at 6 am. If you have ever shared a room with a child...if something wakes them at 6 am, there is no going back to sleep. This was an absolutely unnecessary inconvenience and actually ruined our whole day. When I mentioned this to the front desk, she did apologize however did not discuss or comment on how she would resolve this. My 2nd complaint: I did not provide a credit card at check in so I had to provide a deposit...this is pretty standard...the deposit however was $350 over and above the room fee and not mentioned on any of the booking details. That is a substantial deposit!!!! My stay was one night...the deposit was triple the amount of my stay!!!! Further more they could not refund the deposit in one transaction and it had to be done in multiple transactions...soo they can take 350 in one payment but cannot return it in one payment? Using up multiple transactions, processing my card info multiple times and creating a lot of room for error. Again not discussed at the time they took the payment. And final complaint...the breakfast was awful lol but that is standard for this chain and not limited to this location.
