Had some issues when I arrived due to the renovations going on. I was starting to feel like Goldilocks; and was about to leave. Vic went above and beyond in making me happy and was extremely professional in addressing my travel-exhausted state. I’m not sure what they’re paying him, but it’s not enough. I went from leaving a one-star review to this well deserved five-star review based solely on my interactions with one person here: Vic. If you come here, request to deal with him. You won’t be disappointed!

Just checked in, there’s construction which we were never told about. We have kids with us who were excited to go into the pool but it is closed due to the construction, and they put us in a room right next to it so all we are hearing is drilling.. been here 30 minutes and I’m already not impressed.... update, got woken up at 7:30 in the morning by hammers and drilling. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not recommend whatsoever

Hotel is still under serious renovations. Location is very convenient. Furnishings seem fairly dated but also new. Spacious room. Very clean and quiet.

Been here for 30 min and already regret staying here. Hotel is under constriction and the pool is outta commission. Nothing was posted on their website when i booked but for the benefit of doubt the pool closure was recent and notice is there now.(about a week) Could not rent movies for the kids as something was wrong with their system and could not get past the preview screen. Electrical cover in the room was not even on leaving an exposed outlet. This is a horrible start to a family trip and i am extremely disappointed and do not want to use ramada again and i would recommend nobody else does. The lady at the front desk was at least as helpful as can be but not enough to change the view of my stay. STAY AWAY!

It was still under construction but overall the hotel was good. They also ran out of milk powder for the coffee machine. Overall 3/5 during construction, else 4/5 overall.
