Excellent hotel and exceptional customer service. From when you walk everyone is welcoming and courteous. From the breakfast staff through Housekeeping, wonderful job everyone! Will definitely make this my next stop when I'm in the area. Special shout out to Jessica (Front Desk) and Cathy & Emily (Breakfast staff).

Expedia made an error with our reservation. Calgary area was pretty booked up for stampede. Hotel staff went above and beyond to fix a problem that they did not create. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff is great. Highly recommend, we will be repeat customers.

This hotel was fantastic! Very new. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed! The breakfast had a great variety. The staff was great. The swimming pool was decent- there is also a hot tub. Really well located if you want to hit Cross Iron Mills but don't want to go into Calgary. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was very easy to access, and the room I stayed in was very nice. The bathroom was large and didn't feel cramped. The breakfast was great, and the front desk was helpful in being able to get us a new room as the one we were booked to have was not ready upon arrival.

An Amazing Hotel with great service!! Rooms are tidy and fresh smelling. Hotel was built inp 2017 so everything is still new. Free breakfast!!! PS; if you choose to go for breakfast then I suggest you do so no later then 9:00. Unless you're not into breakfast sausages and bacon.
