Friendly staff, pretty clean hotel, great breakfast but could have had another toaster set up there and serving trays would have been great. Shower pressure sucked, washroom could have been cleaner, shower door kept sliding open and the shower floor was not installed/ glued down proper it moved. Not many TV channels, also it’s a good idea to take ear plugs if your a light sleeper can hear airplanes flying by all night. To far away from most retail stores. We won’t be returning not worth what we paid. Need a credit card and $100.00 deposit as well.

Nice, comfortable rooms with big beds, flat screen TV, bathroom light is not bright enough. Iron, ironing board here. That came in handy. Shuttle van picks up from the airport and delivers too. That is very convenient. Just a few minutes from the airport in Calgary.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service. Bill was very helpful with advice on traveling in the Calgary area. He added a Gold Star for your Inn. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Bill

We booked a double bed room. Went to take a shower and there was a hole In the ceiling and water pouring out from the ceiling. Called the front desk and got upgraded to a suite and again the shower door will not close all the way through and had to take a shower holding the shower door. Such incoinvience. This is a brand new hotel. But cheaply built. Never staying here again. The two men at the front desk haven't provided us with any good service.

We went there, even before seeing the room, we noticed the place was dirty, carpets were dirty and smelly. It was dark. Room was tiny and bed sheets were wrinkled, creased suggesting they were used. Had stains on them. Called to let the front desk know and the front desk lady said there was no one available at the moment to come and see it and then immediately we decided to leave and the front desk lady said we will not be charged if we leave before 6.30pm. We left before 6.30pm. I got charged the full amount saying the room was used by us. Never again I will step into this place. They told me they cannot return the money because the sheets were moved by us and that they could not sell the room to another customer, which means they planned to sell that dirty room to another customer as it is without replacing the dirty sheets.. The management is a mess. EDIT: The non existent Assistant Manager here replies asking to contact her to rectify the situation and when I called 5 times, no answer and was already decided by her that they cannot do anything about it.
