Great customer service. I was in town for the Stampede. The day I was to travel home, I was notified that my 2:00 pm flight had been pushed back to 5:00 pm, meaning I'd have to vacate my room several hours before my flight with nowhere to go. I called guest services and the person on the other end did everything they could to let me stay in my room a few extra hours even though they were fully booked for Stampede.

This hotel is quite nice compared to some of the other holiday inn expresses in Calgary. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are nice but TVs are small. The breakfast is very good and some of the items rotate every other day. We have stayed here before and will be back again.

The room is spacious. Bathroom large and updated. Front desk staff perfect. This Hotel needs better ratings. Stay here and see for your self. Shuttle to Airport too. Y'all come back eh!

All in all a pretty positive experience, included breakfast good, rooms had a bar fridge and micro wave. Marked down for my wifi troubles, front desk seemed uninterested, would work fine some of the time but would drop out quite often, suspect it's something to do with using a chrome book and it's OS. First time I've experienced this trouble.
