Very clean, comfortable, well organised establishment that’s great value for money. Staff are friendly, obliging and make you feel valued as a guest. The manager, Shiraz, and the other staff, made sure my stay was an excellent experience instead of a mediocre one. Many thanks!

While I was checking us in, the front desk guy told my friends who were behind me to "Speak English. I don't understand you." even though my friends were just talking to each other about plans for the day. We needed forks and some plates so we went to ask the staff for some. He thanked us for "not being thieves like the other guests" but when they noticed that my friend got more forks than he expected (there were four of us in the room so we needed more than 1 plastic fork.... Duh???) he told us that what we were doing was stealing and reprimanded us. How would you feel about being called a thief for asking for plastic utensils????? Bring your own food and don't eat anything from this place. The only good thing about this place was the room which was clean. But being called a thief for plastic utensils...... Wow.

Very good rates for a very convenient location near the airport! To be honest, I did not expect much when I pulled up to the hotel, but was pleasantly surprised when I got to the room! Rooms are clean, and have modern amenities and comfy beds. My only complaint is that the "hot continental breakfast" is quite lacking. When I went for breakfast (7am) the were waffles, rotten apples, some plain, dry cereal, and unappetizing looking muffins. Overall though, very happy with the stay.

Meh. Basic facility in desperate need of a renovation. The facility isn't dirty, but I wouldn't say it's particularly clean either. In my room, the curtains and window screens had holes, and there were stains on the room furniture. The taps did not dispense hot water in the morning. I also heard every word of the conversation my neighbors were having. Breakfast was sub-par. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, hence the third star.

Please don’t go to this hotel, the cheap deal is just not worth the nightmare... especially the park and fly deal.. the shuttle to pick us up never showed.. the rude front desk man Shiraz told us to wait outside for the shuttle and to not go inside as they will leave without us... refused to answer the phone after the first try... then after standing outside in Minus 30 for a hour I flagged down a taxi and took it to hotel.. buddy excuse was that he’s busy and th shuttle driver is new. The manager refused to give us our money back for room. Help yourself out pay 20 more for a better hotel/service.
