Nice little hotel. Pretty much the best cheapest place around the airport with a pool for kids. Somewhat of a sketchy neighborhood since it's near downtown but the two security guards who are very friendly help you rest easy. I didnt have cutlery so they allowed me to borrow from their restaurant also I needed a high chair for my 1 year old in the suite and they allowed me to borrow one for the duration of my stay and even delivered it to my room for me. Good service, friendly staff, good price good location all made for an overall enjoyable experience.

Front reception lady was rude when checking in. We had a big group of us checking in and had booked three rooms. We had relatives helping us checking in and she laughing and condescending towards us. Not very good customer service. She was rude the entire time to my brother during breakfast time. There was another lady during breakfast who keeps taking plates without asking first. These people needs customer training. To even comment their just doing their job is laughable. Not going to book here ever again.

Stayed 2 nights here. First night people were yelling in the hallways from 11pm until 330am. Secondly... The wait staff in the restaurant need to be taught the rules of the kids eat free. First evening we went there and they charged me for 3 kids drinks while the menu says its included and also one kids meal and got 2 free. For breakfast the next day they gave 3 kids meals free. They are very inconsistent. Night two...same thing people yelling in the hallways and banging on doors all hours of the night. Will I ever stay here again? Not a chance. Will I recommend it to anyone? Not a chance. Save your money and go closer to the airport. I've stayed at every one up there numerous times and they are way better than here.

Had to stay here when my apartment caught fire. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Called early to verify vacancy and pet charges. Asked for one night to start, tried to charge four and was more expensive than when i called 10 minutes prior. Cleaners were vacuuming hallway at 8:00 AM. The doors close so loudly you can hear anyone else in the hallway. We asked for toothbrushes and anything else we couldn't grab during the evacuation and were denied. The hotel manager tried offering a free breakfast which was more insulting than accommodating.

Friendly staff, great service. The common areas were a little more run down than what I expected it to be, even for holiday inn. The rooms themselves were fine, though.
