Staff was warm and accommodating and very friendly. When our room was missing pillow sheets for the pull out bed and an iron for the room, they quickly had one for us. The breakfast was very good, simple and cozy food with protein to hold you over until lunch. Definitely a good place to stay if visiting Edmonton and you want to stay outside the city.

Very warm and welcoming staff, they do their best to make you feel at home. Breakfast is the best I've seen and again, the staff is very accommodating. Nice dining room...convenient guest laundry, gym and pool. Great location as far as local amenities go, as well. Will always stay here when near the Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan area.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location near many amenities! Our son was in the pool As often as possible and the staff are incredibly friendly! We will be back next time we visit!

It’s a new hotel however not a single room has a window that opens. No bathroom fans. I felt like there was no fresh air in the hotel. When we checked in the pool was closed and we were not told this upon check in. They gave us $15 off which I think was not enough. I was not impressed as the pool was part of the feature we choose to decide if we would get a room here, otherwise we would have went elsewhere. Breakfast was good. Staff not very friendly. Best hotel in Fort Saskatchewan is The Southfort Inn. Save your money and stay there.

The check in experience was extremely seamless. I've stayed here multiple times and each time it's been a smooth experice. In addition to the standard facilities, there is also a small fitness centre and pool if that's your type of thing while traveling. The free breakfast is limited in variety, but is consistent in being fresh and available.
