We checked in night. The night manager guy never greet us and not even say 'hello ' to us. It's really important of first impression, but first impression of this hotel, 'zero' stars. Room was nice and clean. When we checked out, she was nice and kind. So two stars. Can't bit the first impression.

Nice clean hotel with full breakfast. Room was quiet and staff very friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel when back in Fort Saskatchewan.
