The highlight of our stay were the wonderful front desk people, especially Deandra & Shelby. The hotel offers decent rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. This hotel has a much bigger gym than what I usually see in other 3-star hotels and is clean and well-stocked with towels & Purell wipes. They also have a nice, clean pool with towels set on tables ready for use. They have a laundry room that has two washers and two dryers that require $3 per load to run, and it is conveniently located right next to the hotel restrooms. The very useful business office has two flat screen computer work stations that shares a laser printer. They offer free breakfast in the dining room, and they have complimentary coffee & tea in the lobby all day. The hotel’s location is very convenient that you can walk to restaurants nearby: an excellent Pho Hoan Vietnamese Restaurant; a 24-hour modern McDonald’s, just to mention a few items.
If I may make a suggestion: They should retire some of their frayed towels. The only reason I didn’t complain is that they were all bright white so you know that they are clean. However, fraying and thinning towels do not line up with my idea of the Hilton brand.
