No star. Rooms smell. I had to switch out of my nonsmoking room because it smelt like weed. If people want to open an esrablishment, they should go all the way or nothing at all. This place was so bad, it was 1am and i was willing to find another place, demend a refund and take my wife and baby there for just the one night. Horrible

Overpriced and not worth it. We paid $123 for a room that was worth $70 at the most. On top of that, we were charged $20 out of our $100 deposit for a towel that they claimed was ruined. It just had some dirt on it from my husband cleaning up after a slip in their icy parking lot! It would have easily been cleaned with a proper washing. We also had a room on the ground floor and it was very drafty and had to use another towel to block the gap on the bottom of the outside door. Check in and check out were VERY slow and unnecessarily time consuming. It seemed like they didn't even want to give us the rest of our cash deposit back at all, and kept us there waiting for it. I overheard them charging another lady extra for checking in early too. Definitely greedy, and I think they purposely look for ways to charge extra.

The worst the rooms are horrid. Not 1 light worked, the TV is propped up with phone books and still leans, no coffee maker, no clock and I looked at 4 other room and there just as bad. Not to mention in the first 10 min a little car rips in and honks about 10x so a person can run down (super shady) wont come here again. I said I didnt want to stay the second night but I understand I checked in so could I get refunded only for the second night. The manager said " read our refund policy I really wouldnt want u to loose your money " then walked away. Theres a zero refund policy. Crazy ! But I guess if they did they wouldnt make any money. Slum lord hotel is what it should be called.

Rooms are dirty and it's a bit expensive. They could clean up a bit more. I brought my daughter and I didn't wanna let her crawl all over the floor

Quiet relaxing atmosphere and you can get more than what they have to offer.
