This hotel is gorgeous! We stayed in room 217 during the Canada Day weekend for a friends’ wedding and had a great time. The front desk agent (I can’t recall her name, sorry!) was very friendly at check-in, the room was beautiful, super clean, and the king size bed was so comfortable. I am obsessed with the pillows and blankets. Frank, the GM, doesn’t spare any details and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The hotel is very pretty and very well taken care of. The staff are extremely friendly, I've never met anyone at the hotel who wasn't nice. The rooms are well-appointed, modern, and very spacious. I stayed in a two queen bed room which had the standard desk side table dresser but had plenty of room in the room itself. I really like that the Soaps and shampoos are Neutrogena, it just seems like a better product. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast Fair, but there was plenty of it.

Our visit was brief, but we liked a lot of things. The front desk employees, Rea & Mica, were friendly and helpful. The place is very modern and updated, with a nice lobby, gym, pool, business center, and laundry room. An all-day housekeeping is a nice service to make sure everything is clean. Lively place as companies/organizations like to use the nice facilities for their gathering. Very convenient location with ample parking. Next door is a restaurant, Polos Social Lounge.

Really nice hotel located in Sherwood park. I went there to meet my friend. We had drinks nd food. It was awesome. I really liked the morning breakfast. They have lot of choices.

This hotel was fantastic...the free breakfast was impressive and the rooms were great. We always stay in this hotel every time we visit Edmonton. We always have the most delightful experience. The staff made our stay very comfortable and they all excelled well in providing top class service especially Kristine in the front desk. Keep up the good work!
