I was staying here for a work trip for 5 days. The suite I was first placed in was lovely and comfortable.
However, there was a family right above me with a young child that was keeping me up very late each night, and getting me up before my alarm each morning.
I had phoned the front desk 3 nights in a row asking them to politely notify the above neighbors of the noise they were creating for me - stomping, running, bouncing balls, (the photos on the walls in my room were even rattling).
I received a phone call one evening from front desk notifying me that the family was staying here as long as I was, and that they felt awful for the noise I was dealing with. I was promptly upgraded free o charge, to a bigger, more comfortable jacuzzi suite room, without any loud neighbors around.
I'm blown away by the customer service that the staff provided me. The housekeepers left my room spotless each day when I came home from work, and the complimentary breakfast is fantastic.
Highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again!
