Nice enough rooms. Very comfortable and well located so it's far from noise and allows for a good night's sleep. The entry is from outside which is interesting, instead of the lobby. That was a novel experience. Love how coordinated they were with the two other hotels across from the street. Just the coordination between the cleaning staff and the front desk needed to be better. We requested early check in and we were assured of it but because of lack of info on cleaning they couldnt be sure to let us in. But anyway, minor inconvenience so I'm not gonna fault them too much for it.

This hotel/motel has dirty carpet floor which is why I am guessing people wore shoes which makes it even dirtier. The bed was decent and somewhat comfortable. There is WiFi so that's a pro, even though it is slow. This hotel/motel gives you access to the pool, jacuzzi, stem room and hot tub to the room across the street. The room has a strange odour.

The room wasn't fancy but it was clean and good value for a quick overnight stay. Close to lots of amenities and having the use of the pool at The Lodge across the street was also a nice touch. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

For a pet friendly, nicely located hotel in Banff not bad. Was pretty clean, probably could use a deep cleaning (or renos) as there was dirt built up in corner of windows. The room was a nice size, had a small fridge & coffeemaker. the Beds were comfortable. The bathroom really needs updating, loose floor tile by toilet, stained tile under sink, plus sink & tub badly stained. Since it was pet room, didn't mind a couple small stains on carpet, but would probably be better to if they just put in flooring. Shower pressure was good & water hot. Pros: Have access to pool in hotel across street & walk path by river behind that hotel. Close to hospital (I had to there for 6am for day surgery} & for access to & from main hwy. Cons: no AC & wifi wasn't free. Staff was friendly.

Good location with access to pool/sauna in the nearby hotel and one of the more affordable lodging options in banff.
