Overall a very good hotel for its price. All Banff hotels are pretty pricey in general but this hotel was on the cheaper side and provided much more than expected. Very convenient location, free parking, and the beds were extremely comfortable. No pool, no room service or restaurant, but no big deal with banff avenue right outside your door.

Close to downtown Banff. Room had no microwave which kinda sucked for me. Also, no breakfast there. It was an okay place to stay. Beds were not quite comfortable. Air conditioning was nice.

The hotel was close to good/drink wise the bed was ok and the bathroom was nicely renovated. However, there had clearly been a water issue in the ceiling and walls. Some of the wall paper had peeled off near the A/C unit exposing mold underneath. As someone who works in the mold/asbestos industry it was a huge turnoff to see that, considering how much this room cost. But for a two night stay I convinced myself that it was tolerable. The front desk service was great.

Staffs were nice and polite. Location was great ; Downtown Banff within walking distance. Room was clean and air conditioner worked really well. Wifi was pretty good too. However bedding sheets on both beds were rough and made my legs feel itchy. No breakfast. Overall, it was an ok stay.

The rooms were ok but the floor wasn't very clean and there were long hairs on some of our bathroom towels. The bathroom overall was quite nice, and looked recently renovated. It was nice to have a balcony off of our room but it was quite run down. The noise in the halls was pretty loud in our room. Overall decent stay.
