The family spent three nights in the hotel over a week. It was very clean, well kept and had a nice area for dinner and breakfast. It is a short 10 min walk to downtown Banff and they have a large underground parking garage. Note it is first come first serve - there is only about 50 spots for a 90-100 guest rooms. If you don't get a soft you must park on the street. Breakfast was included and had a good selection.

Room is very comfortable. Overall this is a really great place to stay in Banff. There are only 2 drawbacks: 1. The breakfast isn't really what you call a breakfast; they only give eggs, breads, bagels, cereals, and yogurt; 2. It's the most far place from the "downtown", so distance might be a problem. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Nice clean room. Courteous staff. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main shops but there are lots of restaurants nearby if you are hungry.

Front desk staffs were rude. Breakfast was nasty with only eggs and fruits! Definitely will not recommend this place.

We stayed in a loft room, with 3 big beds! It was a really nice hotel, really clean! The staff was great, got us all checked in no problem, even when we had a small issue with a forgotten credit card! The breakfast was also really good! Comfortable beds and pillows, lots of room for everything! I would totally recommend staying here!
