Our room was big and spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. Amenities are complete as well. I’d give them a 5 star if it weren’t for the noise outside and adjacent room coming through in the middle of the night. Also, the hot outdoor pool wasn’t hot all. It was freezing especially when you’re sitting under 10 degrees. Breakfast was decent and front desk is friendly.

Clean though slightly dated, with the first big thing advertised being an in hotel liquor store (so many better selling points than that!)... Pool is 'warm' but outdoors, so you'll still be cold as hell on anything but hot days with little wind - it said it was 28°C, but I'd be pushing it to say it was 22°C at very best. The dry Sauna was nice to warm up in though, which after a few minutes in the pool everyone rushed too! Breakfast was great as you're in an actual restaurant, with plenty of fresh hot and good food, pastries, drinks, yoghurts, fresh toppings, and etc.

Smaller rooms, older but clean. Definitely not staying at the Ritz but it does just fine if you're looking for a place to sleep in between hiking, exploring and shopping! Covered parking as well. Close to some neighborhood trails and about a 15 minute walk from downtown. The walls are very thin - so you can hear everything in the halls and between rooms. Breakfast was okay - eggs, sausage, potatoes, some pastries, yogurt, orange or apple juice, and coffee. I will say - best hotel coffee I've ever had. Overall an OK hotel - gets the job done if you're just needing a place to stay - don't expect anything fancy.

Stuffs are really nice, however, the hotel is sucks. Tissue in my room is like this... no water/kettle in the room, quilt is dirty. Because we r in the tour group, we have no choice . It’s In the end of the road, kind of far away to the town central ( restaurant ), if u with ur family, children and old people. Better don’t choose this Inn. Only one star, give to STUFFS

The hotel is on the edge of downtown Banff, so it is a bit of a walk to get to downtown. There is a public transit available for only $2. The room is very small and the washroom is not that great, it's old and dainty. There is lots of noise especially from upper floors. The cleaner here doesn't clean the room that well. We left for the day and all she did was make the beds and replace the towels. The cleaner did not do a good job of cleaning the washroom especially removing the garbage and replacing the coffee and milk. It's a good budget hotel to stay in for a couple of nights.
