Location: the hotels are in a nicely secluded area of Banff away from the downtown hustle and bustle, but it is close enough to town to get in quickly. There is also a shuttle that takes you downtown which is very convenient. Rooms: we got a loft suite and was nicely furnished. It was spacious enough for our group of 4+baby, although we booked a 8person suite. It was clean, but the occasional bug was seen when we first moved in. You can expect to not see any bugs in a resort in the woods. Service: the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They provided a high chair and play pen quickly. Very nice.

Large room. Pull out bed was a nice benefit. Kitchen was very useful. Modern renovations to the room was also nice. Convenient location near Banff with hiking trails nearby. Would stay here again.

Very pleased with our newly renovated suite! The beds were comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and it's only a short drive to town. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it would be a great place to stay with a family or two couples.

While located outside of downtown, the lodge I believe just recently underwent a renovation. All the interiors are comfortable and spacious. Kitchens are provided as well.

Location we found to be great. It’s about a kilometre and a half from downtown but you can use the bus which is located right outside the hotel. You can even get onto the bus for free if you flash your room key. There is a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and work out room. We like that the pool area was separate from the sauna and hot tub which would help reduce noise from kids. The rooms are in a condo style rather than apartments which is cool because you get privacy and a nice view.
