Very disappointing, the main section is more like an old apartment complex, not a "resort". Rooms need major upgrade. Bed was lumpy and small, a double. Tile was cracked and carpet was old and industrial type. Ceiling over shower was caving in, couch was old and uncomfortable. Door frame was cracked (see photos). Wood was not seasoned well and after 2 nights of trying to keep it burning, we gave up. Heard every step from the unit above early morning and late at night, sounded like they were wearing combat boots! The only reason why we gave it 2 stars was the friendly staff. This place is not worth over $300 with taxes per night.

Good location on tunnel mountain, about 5 min drive to Banff avenue. Nice view from some units. Wildlife can be spotted around the lodge. Staff are very nice. Main issue is cleanliness, not good at all. Poor sound insulation between rooms and adjacent units. Overall I'd would look for a better place next time if available within the price range otherwise I'd come again.

Pet friendly, underground parking, beautiful view from outdoor pool. I love the wood burning fire places in the rooms for the cozy rustic feel. Only negative is that the rooms could use a little updating or maintenance. The past couple times I've been here, at least one of the burners don't work on the stove. All in all, a great place for good value in the off season

Great location and lovely views by the pool. Rooms/apartments are very dated and not very clean. I think it’s a hard job for the staff to clean to be fair, the place is just old, tired and run down, cob webs on the ceiling and the carpet is definitely filthy. I put a jumper on the couch/sofa before sitting down on it. The rooms/apartments could do with a refurb primarily for hygiene reasons. Staff are very friendly and the pool area is really beautiful. Unfortunately though I would not stay here again.

The location was gorgeous with scenic views. The staff was somewhat friendly, but asking for coffee filters or a roll of tape was received as if it was an imposition. The condo was dirty, the sugar packets for the coffee were old and hard as rock. The CO detector was broken and hanging off the wall. The carpet, curtains, and couch was all caked in filth and looked as though it had never been steam cleaned. There were many necessities missing in the condo, like detergent for the dishwasher and shelves were missing in the fridge. Only one of the 4 tvs worked properly. However the hot tub and shower were wonderful and not too busy despite all of the other bachelor parties there.
