We were so glad to find an inexpensive room where we could lay our heads to rest each night after hiking and sight seeing in Banff National Park. Although the room was a bit dated it was clean and accommodated our needs which was to sleep. The management was very friendly and helpful in helping us get a room. Comparing to rooms in the area this room was of good value. They don’t upcharge for weekends like their competitors so our rate stayed the same till we checked out on Monday to head home. The weather was cooler so no air condition was needed which was good as the rooms do not offer air condition. Overall we we were pleased with our stay.

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the view is amazing. Personal favourite of this establishment is the fire pit with free wood and comfortable seating. Picnic tables and BBQ as well as play area for the kids.

I stayed at a chalet with 3 other friends of mine and we were expecting a clean, private space. We were then presented with the whole chalet filled with dust and spider webs which is not acceptable. The dishes weren't properly cleaned because I assume they allow the past residents to clean it without checking how well the job was done. The refrigerator was smelly and dirty and I had to personally clean it which again is not acceptable. There were dead bugs on the curtains and on one of the walls. There was a man living on the bottom of the chalet which we were not informed about. A lot of the money that we payed was for the privacy that we did not receive. The management lady told us the man downstairs complained about us being noisy while we weren't aware of his being there. She then charged us extra for things we did not do. She claimed there were dishes left when I personally cleaned them before leaving. She claimed there were stains on the pillows which is not possible because I was the only one using the sofa pillows and made sure every morning nothing was stained. I do not reccomend this place. We may have had different experience from people that book the rooms but the customer service given was not acceptable as they as a business could not JUST apologize.

Nice service from the counter but the rooms are quite old and not very big. Also not the cleanest linens. Toilet is very small.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and it was a great getaway location with incredible pricing for the quality of room. For starters, it has an incredible view of the 3 sisters mountain range, and feels far away enough from the rest of canmore that it doesn’t feel crowded like some other places inside Canmore. Everything was warm and cozy, and aside from mostly ignorable highway noise, and some noisy neighbours, it was very private and quiet!! Top that off with the manager/owner being incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location literally a 5 minute drive from downtown canmore, you couldn’t ask for a better bang for your buck!
