If your going traveling in the summer months be prepared for a crowd of people where ever you go! Prices are high and then whole experience of traveling is not fun or relaxing as in years past... just too many people using what used to be a fun experience... Spring time befor school is out or early fall will be a better time to travel..

Look no further, a great place to stay with extended family. The children loved the pool with water slide. Quick easy complimentary breakfast. Fresh cookies in the evening with tea or lemon water. Very large rooms with a fireplace. Clean and nicely maintained. Great value for families. Highly recommended to all!

Beautiful hotel in an even more beautiful location. I appreciated the rooms having hardwood floors instead of carpet - feels a lot cleaner. The staff was very courteous and the pool with waterslide offered some fun for our children. Would totally stay again. Thank you.

Rooms are clean and big, The pool was great with warm water and the slide was fun, the jacuzzi had powerful jets which was nice after a long hike. bed was great however the room was hot with NO A/C which was not good considering the amount we paid to stay here. The breakfast bar that came with the room was standard but they ran out of juices and they said they had to thaw it out, Which would have taken 5 hours she said. The hot food was always empty and you have to wait till they refill it which is a pain. The breakfast bar staff did not smile once. They seemed very annoyed with everyone, and didn't really understand English.

This hotel gets a one star review because of its cancellation policy. You are required to give 72 hr cancellation notice and that is for each night of your stay. If you would cancel on arrival day of a 3 day stay you will be charged for 3 nights. We booked a four night stay and wanted to leave 1 day early and we were charged for the 4th night as well. The hotel was not sold out of our room at the time we checked out. They were still advertising a two queen room until about 10 pm of the day we left. I checked their website. So we cost them no loss of business. In addition they do not disclose this policy on their own Best Western Pocaterra website. Instead, they offer the industry standard line of 72 hr notice with loss of first night as penalty. So don't trust what their website states.
