I am staying at this hotel for three nights. I am paying 80 CDN per night for two queen beds room. Location is fantastic on the highway and near airport. I heard voices of train early in the morning but nothing major. Reception is friendly, helpful and always smiling. There are coffee, water and fruits 24x7 in the reception area. I used the free laundry and it was great...big machines for large loads. Rooms were clean. Yes, there is no view from the window but I did not need one based on current location. Bed and pillows were comfy especially the pillows. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker are all working great. Air conditioner made the room very cold in minutes. WiFi is fast. TV has big variety and boys loved tree house channel. My only challenge was bathroom as it was small and water was clogging in both tub and sink. I read about bathroom clogging in another review and I strongly recommend management to address this issue...my room is 103. Bonus is Tim Hortons & Esso Gas in front of the hotel. Overall, fantastic and cheap place to stay in and I would come back again if I am visiting Edmonton.
