Booked a family suite room online. Arriving there at night, they couldn't find my booking. Didn't have any family room available. They could accommodate us in a 2x queen plus rollaway bed but had to wait until 8:45pm before getting the room. Had to move furniture around to be able to fit the extra bed in the room. We struggled to go the the bathroom because of it. Not what we expected at all, supposed to have a separate bedroom but we were all cramped in a small room...

Staff were reasonably friendly. Got a room with the jacuzzi, but was quite disgusting with grime and rust. Bed was more comparable to the comfort level of an infant's crib mattress really.... blankets were nice though! Housekeeping came through really early and was an odd sort of wake up call. The jacuzzi room was definitely more then it was worth. However the hotel was decent for a smallish city. Would probably just get the cheapest room here next time and have the same outlook, without wondering what grimy things are hiding in the jacuzzi.

Took advantage of the stay and play package at the Ramada recently and everything was excellent! Rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was good, shuttle service was top notch and the golf courses were in great condition. One of the courses closed due to rain on the second day of our trip, but the Ramada staff quickly got us a tee time on another course, shuttled us out to it and we were still able to get 18 holes in. I highly recommend the stay and play for the great value and service provided by the Ramada!

I'll cut to the chase; It was disappointing when I was told by the staff that came with the plunger "we don't plunge the toilets" given that it was not flushing at the right speed when I arrived. I'm not sure why I'm paying to stay when I have to fix my non flushing toilet, when it is staff that failed to identify the toilet flow indicated there was an obstruction. They did not fix it while I was there for 2 nights and I feel sorry for the next guy that will get the same treatment when it clogs for them. The rest of the stay was enjoyable but it was just surprising to be told we don't do this. I did immediately ask why am I paying to stay here if I have to do this? Its not like the room was equipped with its own plunger. I brought it up at the desk on check out and got a sorry however I will choose another hotel the next time I am in red deer, as there are plenty in the area. I thought in the service industry the customer is always right. Guess not.

Stay and play package was perfect even corrected our rain day and found another course for us to play and having the shuttle at our disposal was extremely convenient. Would definitely do again and highly recomend.
