The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had no issues at all during my stay. I wish I could remember names but as a whole the staff went above and beyond. Because a large event with many delegates was in town many booked at this hotel. Because many had to be at the event very early (myself included) the staff opened the complimentary breakfast earlier than usual to accommodate us and it was absolutely wonderful. Though they were busy and it was very early in the morning they were professional, courteous and overall extremely friendly. They are all to be commended and I will definitely book with this hotel again next year for the convention because of the staff at Red Deer Best Western Plus.

We have stayed at this hotel many times so obviously we don't mind going back there when we are in Red Deer. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious (though the bathrooms are a little tight) and they serve a good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the province and needing a place to stay. It is easy to access from the highway.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 5 nights during my daughter's dance comp. We had a beautiful family room... very spacious and I would highly recommend! Great brealkfast! Only area that lacked ambiance was pool area...could maybe be better spruced up on lighting and decor. Great hotel for the price. One of the best of the Best Western Plus Hotels that I stayed at.... enjoyed nearby restaurant just across highway called "State and Main".

Such a great hotel! The hotel is in a great location, close to a restaurant and Tim Hortons. The rooms are very soundproof and comforting and the decor is modern and up to date. The hotel feels like a brand new hotel even though it's been around for a while. The breakfast was great and the price is right!

Excellent service, big spacious room, nice bathroom. Nice greenspace outside the hotel, great for walking your dog. Would love to see some picnic tables set out to enjoy the warm evenings :) Will definitely stay here again .
