Reasonable rate, friendly front desk young man. Room for improvement though. We just spent 3 nights here and yes there's breakfast but it's very average. One day there's real plates and cutlery, the next it's paper and plastic. Beds are quite hard and pillows seem worn out. Our AC unit was cold when it worked, but it would go off and I'd have to play with the knob to engage the compressor again. This happen at least twice which woke us up because the room was so warm. We didn't get to try the pool area. With a little focus and improvement this place could be much better.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Pretty sure my floor wasn’t vacuumed when I first got here and definitely wasn’t the whole 5 days I stayed. Stayed 5 days and there has been a very visible bandaid laying on the floor in the hallway and leaving tomorrow and it’s still there..5 days later... they didn’t stock my towels one day and didn’t take my garbage the next. Didn’t clean the sink well still had mascara in it after it was “cleaned” Had purple round type pillows on the bed that I’m pretty sure haven’t been washed for the last at least 10 guests as there is drool on both. Bathroom tub is rusty around the drain. Not worth the $$$ wanted to complain but was no management staff when paying to leave on Sunday.

Clean rooms and nice amenities. Nothing fancy but a great place to stay with a family. Pool and slide were fun and the children enjoyed it. Was busy with a bunch of group bookings but that is probably normal for the price range. Small parking lot near the doors, but there was more space in the back, but you would have to walk around to the doors. Close to food, shopping, cinema etc.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and then realized that the room I had booked was a smoking room. I contacted both the hotel to ensure there was availability of non smoking rooms and Expedia to change it. Upon doing so, I was told that to have a non smoking room I would be charged an additional $50 per night. This was prior to the deadline to cancel my room altogether, and so that is exactly what I did. I would never stay in a hotel that wants to charge me extra money so that I can breathe clean air. Ridiculous.

The pool and slide are great! Rooms are good and with good proximity to many stores. Beds are a bit tough but not bad. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious
