Been staying here periodically a few nights every month for over 2 years now. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and professional. Most of the staff there have been there since I started staying there so you’re able to get to know them over course of time. They know me by name, which rooms on which floor I prefer and care to ask about my family, work and such. It’s a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere! On top of that the rooms are awesome as beds are comfy and kitchenettes are a standard in every room. Everything always spotless whenever I get a new room, no nasty mystery stains on the rug or anywhere else either which is a bonus! The price completely reasonable for what you get. Basic breakfast with enough variety to keep you happy. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and plan to continue staying here as long I need a hotel in Red Deer!

New and clean hotel. Large beds. Nice kitchenettes. Just a nice hotel! Internet can be a little slow sometimes and $6 a day for upgraded internet is a bit steep. That's the only improvement really! Super close to the highway without being loud.

The hotel is 4 years old and furnished very modernly. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are excellent. The pool and hot tub are small but clean.

Stayed here for work over a weekend, first time I've stayed in a TownPlace Suites, and will be the last. Rooms were fantastic, zero complaints there. Bed was comfy, pillows great, nice to have a full kitchenette, even though I didn't use it, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave for evening snacks and beer. The breakfast though, subpar at best! Common offerings, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, waffle iron, etc. But the "eggs" and "sausage"... The fried eggs were what I could only explain as steamed egg whites with drops of food coloring for "yolks"... The sausage patties, looked nothing like I'd expect anything containing meat to look like. I'd skip this hotel again if I needed breakfasts, only reason they got 3 star was because the rooms were great. There are better hotels with better breakfasts out there for the same price. Do some more searching and get a better breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day!!
