Had an enjoyable overnight stay on a discount deal in a trip to Sylvan lake. Accessible location central to the city, main highways and nearby towns, plus a Moxie's restaurant attached. Had a very quick and efficient early check-in and check-out. The staff are friendly and easy to find. Amenities are nice for that star of a hotel - little things like soaps and variety tea/coffee were a good touch! Recommend!

Right off the highway, easy to find. There's a Moxie's attached to the building, as well as a Denny's within walking distance, and plenty of other food around. My room was nice. Only things to complain about were that the lights flicker for a while when you turn them on amd the shower head sprays wide. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They clean the rooms daily and do a good job. All in all its a pretty good experience.

The hotel was great, the staff were really nice. But the room wasn't totally clean when we checked in, and the breakfast on Sunday morning was served until 9:30am... nobody really wants to wake up before 9:30am on a Sunday. There is some maintenance to in hot tub going on, which kind of sucked, but otherwise the hotel was great :)

Wow oh wow. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They will NOT help with issues experienced and seem to not care about the customers. along with the poor customer service, the bathroom in the incorrect room that they situated me in had hair everywhere. I would suggest that anyone considering this hotel, reconsider.

Decent hotel. Stay here often. AC needs to be serviced or replaced in room 306. It was blowing hot air.
