Excellent experience! Counter staff at this hotel were awesome when we asked for advice on where to eat. We followed most of their suggestions and had a blast! Continental breakfast was very well maintained by an always happy, and courteous lady. Double queen room was huge and comfortable, there were three of us, all adults. We would have no trouble recommending this hotel to anyone.

Loved my stay at this hotel, we were treated so well!! Our room was even decorated with rose petals and candles once we arrived, exceeded our expectations!! Although our room wasn't beautifully decorated, it had amazing views and was just the right size/space for my partner and I. I can't stress enough how wonderful our stay was, the staff was always so kind and thoughtful, they make an effort to remember you which is so kind!

I really want to express how lovely Kaffi was at checking me in. She was a complete delight to deal with! Nice hotel and very clean. Breakfast was ok but my room and the staff made up for that. Very comfy beds good cable channels nice towels and well working ac / heat in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

We came to Sylvan lake for the night to watch the Canada Day fireworks! The fireworks were a half hour earlier than expected due to the rainy weather but still a great time. The hotel was nice and the staff were very pleasant upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a couple days in March. Nice rooms, nice pool, great service. Breakfast was perfect. Can’t beat the location, right across the street from the lake and close to everything. Liked it so much we booked again for this summer.
