The room is beautiful, the bed is firm & clean, there is a kitchenette & a pull-out couch that is well kept. The staff was very friendly, even offering to carry our bags. Breakfast was delicious & hit the spot. Hot coffee, toast, waffles, cereal, porridge, fruit & yogurt- all of it was fresh & well presented. The hotel itself is very clean & inviting. It smells good too. Our room was relatively quiet even though the hotel is next to the highway. I am & have always been extremely pleased with Super8.

Fairly plain rooms, but a comfortable place to sleep for a great value (90$). Great customer service the manager goes out of his way to help you out

Clean room, friendly staff. Right next to the ab2 highway. Fast food restaurants are close by. A bit old.

Called ahead of time to see if cats were allowed. Said yes no problem. Checked in, reminded him that we had a cat. No problem. Walking to hotel room and was basically attacked because we had a cat which means an extra 15 dollar charge. Not once was this ever mentioned. Mom grabbed a muffin and coffee from the breakfast in the morning to take to room, was told she wasn't allowed to do this. Her room was a kitchenette room for crying out loud! Mom goes to check out in the morning and they kept asking if two people stayed in the room, and it was only her. I helped check her in as she had to leave her home in a panic due to a number of issues. She explained to him that I (her daughter) simply helped carry the cat and luggage up to the room. He kept fighting with her saying he didn't see me leave. I left through the back exit !! Wouldn't give her a receipt to give to her landlord because she booked through Expedia. AND the they refused to put the 15 dollar cat charge to the credit card on file and demanded cash, how sketchy is that!?!?!
