Everything was good until I left my phone charger plugged in beside the bed. Realizing that I forgot it, I called back within the day telling them specifically where I left it in the room and let them know I was still in town. Was told they would check with the cleaning staff about it and would call me back. Never got a call back. Next day I call back again. The person I talked to tells me they haven't asked the cleaning staff about it yet. Almost an hour later got a call saying they never seen it. Now I understand it's my fault for leaving something behind. But I don't appreciate knowing where I left something then being told it isn't there. Yes it was just a charger... But it's all about the principal of it.

The staff, especially faith is probably the best hotel staff i have ever dealt with.

This is a great hotel with a hot tub, pool and towels ready to be used at the pool! Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful when asked questions relating to the price of this hotel and the things that are offered. Rooms are absolutely amazing and the feel is really comforting especially in the suite. Prices are reasonable with access to membership. I’d personally recommend this hotel 😊

Stayed here during Provincial tournament and they were absolutely awesome with our hockey team!!

Did not clean our room during our stay. Had to request new towels. Had to request pillows for hide-a-bed and only blanket available in room for the hide-abed was a mattress cover. Breakfast area was too busy to accommodate 4-6 hockey teams plus other occupants in the hotel on the Sunday morning. Sunday morning, we went downstairs twice to have breakfast and the area was full with people waiting for seating. What’s the point of free breakfast if you can’t accommodate everyone. Room was freezing cold when we arrived as well. At 68 degrees, room was chilly, at 69, room was boiling hot. Hotel reported to me after that they only thoroughly clean the rooms if a pet comes in. Doesn’t sound appealing after you say that.
