Upon arriving to this hotel, you must call the front desk attendant to get him to come to the desk. We told him we booked our room online in the morning, and he told us it was stupid to book a hotel the same day we wanted to stay. He informed us the reservations get sent to his boss in edmonton (who by the way works nights so he sleeps during the day) and will text him in the evening the information. We told him we wanted to stay for four nights and he huffed and puffed asking why we would want to stay so long as he had other people that might want to stay and told us he "would see how it goes" In the room, it seemed ok... until you realize you have one fork, and one towel- and have to fight with management to get a second towel. Oh and should I mention that our garbage can was a kitty litter container, and in the four days, the (under the table) paid housekeeper didn't grab our garbage once. ( but he was MUCH nicer than the "management" was) The hotel says it is non smoking, but it's very apparent that's not true as soon as you walk through the door. The smoke is so thick you can see it come from underneath the doors. Would not stay here again. would not recommend to anyone

When I checked in, I had to phone the number posted. I clearly woke the man up, then he came down in his pajamas and checked me in. The hallways are thick with cigarette smoke and the room don't feel clean. One of the windows didn't have curtins, with how the room / hotel was angled other rooms could watch you sleep and move around your hotel room. I ended up staying at another hotel.

Worst service. Stayed here 3 nights with a friend of mine and as soon as we walked in to check in, the guy questioned why we were there.. like he never had got customers before. We asked for a room a single room with a double bed, and because of that the room only had one towel for showers. We called the “front desk for an extra towel and they questioned why we needed it.. (isn’t that really their business? Nope!) On check out day, the guy was going to charge us a surcharge for being two dudes in a single, because we weren’t a married couple.. safe to say this guy is against gays. WORST HOSPITALITY EVER.

I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel.

Beds were comfy, rooms cozy. Rooms look new, there's new TV's and the wifi was fast.
