Nice hotel- the bed is comfortable. Could probably use a tiny bit of updating for a more aesthetic appeal. The staff were great, the room was nice and the view of downtown was decent.

If you want sleep do not stay here. The heaters knock all night long. I had maintenance staff standing in my room at 3am twice. While they were nice the answer was to turn the heat up. The room was already 25 degrees. The next day I went to the front desk to change rooms and there was a women ahead of me playing the recording she took on her phone of the heater in her room knocking. I stayed in 2 rooms during my trip. Both nights filled with the never ending knocking. Jump on the C-Train folks. 2 stops and you can find a more modern, clean, quiet room.

While the room and bed were very comfortable and modern, the rest of the building felt like a filming location for Ghostbusters. The hallways were unintentionally dimly lit. I wasn't sure I would survive the journey in the elevator from the parking garage because it was so old and rickety. Even on the top floor, I could still feel every time a street car went past every few minutes.

I will not stay again and not recommending to anyone! As an employee of a wyndham, I experience this first time The time we arrive- Night Audit Manager was outside standing He came to our car asking for $25 valet parking for a night. Then we parked the car, Going to the front desk No welcome No greets Just direct to check-in. We booked a king bed executive suites but they put us on 2queen beds and that’s a full NO for me because i have my Confirmation email with a King bed suites!!! I even asked them if they can change right now or upgrade but they refused because nothing is available as per the manager. Then he even say if you wanna check-out then do it right now just check-out after 10minutes of our check-in. Front desk night auditor and Night Auditor Manager Don’t have any respect and i think they don’t wanna work anymore! Location is Good and rooms are clean

They were nice at the front desk. They didn’t have fridge in the room but I ask for one and they send me one. Ice machine don’t work all the time. Breakfast was good (excellent waitress btw) but a little bit too pricey ! Room was nice ! Great bed ! Located near a lot of bars and restaurants!
