Convenient location in downtown, blocks away from Chinatown. Dim sum was a short five minute walk away. Parking was cheap ($10 a day for guests) and convenient, located directly under the hotel with elevator access to the lobby. During my stay, they were undergoing renovations and the fumes in the parking lot were unbearable at times. Check out is at noon, but my car could stay in the lot until 6pm the same day, so I was able to explore the area for lunch after check out before returning to the car later. The rooms are spacious and clean. No noise could be heard from any other guests through the walls. The beds were too firm for me, but that's a personal preference. For those that like coffee, a Starbucks is built right into the lobby.

Currently has the lobby under renovations so I won't comment on that. The staff is clearly doing the best they can at the front desk given the circumstances. What the five stars is the incredible amenities for Mariott Gold+ reward members. The "Elite Pantry" is a 24/7 repository for anything you could want from a snack to an on the go option. The exceeding expectations aspect was the help yourself aspect. I had just gotten into the hotel straight from the airport and they had the perfect options for a pick me up. The gym is also brand new and lots of nice things you don't normally find in hotel gyms. The room is nice and comfy but my 5stars is really based on the elite Pantry.

Some renovations at the time of check in but courteous staff were very helpful. Was given room on 23rd floor we was just finished. And wow what views. Room set up and comfort were excellent. Would stay again. With a 4as m check out was given a breakfast box which was most welcomed.

All employees that we encountered were happy and customer oriented. Valet service, decent, clean rooms with a beautiful and brand new fitness center and pool. The in room menu is fairly priced and spirnkled with twists on classic favorites. There is a Starbucks located on the main floor.
