Worst hotel ever.. never stay.. Supervisor "Joe" is rude and doesn't know how to talk to the customers.
I booked the room for 2 double beds. First, they gave us the room with 2 beds but wash room wasn't working. Then they made us to use the wash room from another floor. So we stayed on one room but used the wash room from another floor. This is a huge inconvenient and health hazard. So every time, we had to use the washroom we had to go to the other floor!!!!! In the morning, I talked to supervisor "Joe" about this and he gave me different excuses. Joe told me that he will give me a call later on. He called me later on and said they are not going to do anything. He told me that we used the other beds and so on. And one point he put on hold for 20 mins and after talking 2 mins he hung up the phone.. I had to call 3 times to talk to him. Such a rude behave and ill manner. I never expected this from Holiday INN. I have used the holiday INN in different cities as I have to trouble for my work. Never experiences such behave from a hotel staff.
