We had a great stay there! Two adults, one child. Two queen bed room with a pull out couch. The price was very fair, the pool was great (saw other reviews that complain about it, not sure how that can be because it was perfect). The hot tub didn't have much power (said my husband, I didn't try it myself) but that didn't bother us much. I did find walking on the rubber mats that surround the pool area a little painful on my feet, though my husband didn't notice it at all. The food in restaurant was SO SO delicious!! Over priced for sure (our bill was $90 for two adult meals and a kid's pizza) but it was absolutely delicious and we could tell it was homemade from scratch. Zahir, at the front desk was amazing! He did everything he could to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was extremely helpful with directions to the CTrain as well and just an all around pleasant and humorous person! The next time we decide to stay in the city, this will be our choice!

The walls are paper thin... we could hear everything from the people next door. The c-train and road are also loud. I would highly recommend wearing earplugs if you want to get any sleep. The bathroom and floors could have also been cleaner.

Bad weather, got too room and heater wouldn't work. Room was probably around 15°C. Pretty chilly. Cleanliness wasn't really poor per say, just a really old and dated environment. Not likely to stay again, stayed on 3 separate occasions and didn't really enjoy a single one.

When we arrived it was extremely busy at the front desk but this lovely gray haired woman was supper helpful and made us feel welcomed. The room on the other hand was not what we paid for. I ordered a queen bed and arrived to a double bed instead.. there was garbage under the curtains and what looked like white caked on matter that was not cleaned with care. The floors where covered with dirt and looked as if they were never vacuumed. The pool looks nothing like pictures and the hot tub only fits 2 people. Parking lot has an incline of 80degrees or higher and they only have a busser to use at the back parking lot door, how ever it does not work. We had to walk up the hill which is extremely steep, to get back into the hotel. The hotel seems like it has potential if house keeping put in the time and effort and they updated the pool and parking lot. Overall I probably wont stay again because there are 3 hotels just left to it where I know I could get a better experience.

Service and staff are incredible and very friendly. Staying for work and the rooms are clean, beds are some of the comfiest I've slept on in a hotel and everyone has been very professional. Shout out to Ane (I hope thats how I spell her name) at the front desk; I just had a lovely conversation with her and she informed me of the rewards program the Wyndham offers. Its staff like her that really make a place feel warm and welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again on my next business trip.
