The room was spacious. The location is very convenient for getting downtown on the C-Train. There is a computer available for guest use. There's tea and coffee available in the lobby at all times. The air conditioner in the room was noisy. The breakfast choices were limited and the breakfast area is a bit small and right by the lobby. There is only one lift which is also used by staff.

The location is excellent as multiple restaurants very close, really easy to get to from the airport and 2 blocks from the city tram that takes you downtown. Continental breakfast was fresh, staff friendly. AC and elevator could use a little work but ok. We would stay there again.

King room is a good size and fit a baby plan pen easily. Couch is a hide-a-bed, so it's possible to fit another person or two in the room as well. Continental breakfast was standard fare. King bed very comfortable. The emergency exit at the end of the hall (right outside of our room) was out of order however, with caution tape blocking it off. Slightly concerning. Overall reasonable for the price you pay.

This is hotel is nice for the price! Breakfast was nice and there was a microwave. (A hot commodity.) No pool so that saddened me. Buy great place. Would recommend

Customer service: I reserved my room months in advance and prepaid. When I tried to confirm by phone, the customer service representative had such a thick accent he was almost impossible to understand. He gave me the wrong confirmation number also. When I got the hotel, the man at the desk was rude - his attitude did improve when I made small talk. The day I left, i asked for a copy of my receipt because I was travelling for work. They were not willing to provide one and when I got annoyed, I was just ignored. I left without it. My employer wants this proof. I m not really sure how I ll provide it - and I m afraid to call customer service because I don’t think I can deal with agents that I can barely comprehend. Breakfast was terrible, there was no room to sit most mornings. Very restricted choices - cheapest breads, only one type of jam and peanut butter, muffins were more like cake. I ve paid the same price elsewhere and have gotten much better. Hotel was very warm - so warm they kept the lobby doors opened to create a draft. Carpets in the halls were dingy and in need of replacement. Bathroom was clean but bathtub was in terrible condition - enough for me to choose not to take a bath and shower instead. The shower curtain was ripped. Bed was ok, pillows were terrible. The room was adequate at best. Honestly, had I not prepaid, I would not have stayed the full three nights in this place. The terrible service, bad breakfast and poor quality of lodging will guarantee that I will avoid this chain of hotels in the future.
