Very nice room/clean good rates good staff

Got a room for one night while passing through. Room smelled funny. Like cat pee. It was $100 for the night. And had to put a $100 deposit. When i went to get my deposit back they refused to give it to me because there was a face cloth missing apparently.. they took $5 off my deposit fee for a face cloth. Would not recommend.

This hotel has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are open and very convenient. All the staff are extremely nice and enjoyable to be around. It is surprising quiet given the area I would recommend this stay to all with children as we have one and pet owners

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I came back to my room after a day out in Calgary and found my door open although the do not disturb sine was on the door. There was no one in my room but the deadbolt was propped open as if there were cleaning the room. I immediately went to the front desk staff to talk to them about it. I was confronted by the counter person accusing me of lying, be rude and racist. Threaten to call the police and kick me out. I said I would wait for the police they showed up and said I needed to apologies, I did nothing wrong as the two bystanders attested to. They then just left without making the staff apologies, I asked for the manager to call me but have not heard from them.

Great Customer Service . Rooms are clean and all the staff are friendly and very helpful . Close to all ameneties .
