The little things matter. Like the lights in the elevator, the ones that tell you which floor you're on and which floors have been requested. Some of those are burned out and should be replaced. So much for the elevator that works. There are two of them, and as far as I could tell, the other elevator doesn't work at all. It really should be fixed. On the plus side, the room is comfortable and the staff is friendly and the location is good, with restaurants within walking distance and a light rail station across the street. I would consider staying there again.

Here right now in the hotel and the server Raquel will not let our family in. I can't believe how bad this is right now. We booked our reservation over the phone this am after seeing an offer online for $91/ night. We called and were told that was a mistake- it was actually $99 that night. No problem. We book- and arrive after a long day of travel and playing with two kids to check in to see the rate of $119. My wife asks about the difference in price and Raquel says that's what it is. So we said we are going to look online again for this deal because it's what we agreed to over the phone. She then says No, I am cancelling your reservation and said we can stay somewhere else... as we are leaving the hotel another staff member came to try and help us. She obviously felt we were being mistreated and was trying to help us. At that time, Raquel yelled from her front desk to the entrance where we were standing and told the other staff member that if she was going to talk to us then she is leaving for the night and she can run the hotel by herself... at that point I looked at this other lady and told her that I appreciate her efforts to make it better- but there is no way I could come back in with someone like that working here. We shave a 3 and a 1 year old and now we have to find another hotel at 930 at night. Absolutely horrible service from Racquel... EDIT 950 PM.. the manager from the next door Ramada has offered to give us a nice room for almost half the regular price after hearing our story.. My advice- use them instead. Or pay more and go to holiday inn beside them as well.

Everything was good. Cheap price, breakfast and a good location. Especially if you want to checkout downtown the train the right across the street. One thing I do have to say is that I booked 2 queen beds but the mattresses we're smaller, and not that comfortable however that's nothing to cry over. Other than that I enjoyed my stay very much.

When we first walked in, we smelt a lot of smoke even tho this is supposed to be smoke free. We went to bed later that night, and found assorted stains of who knows what all over them. There were hairs in everything including the pillow cases. We asked for new sheets and had very high trouble with the front desk. We had to strip and completely re make our entire beds without any help. and still haven’t taken our old sheets. Towels were obviously not cleaned. Walls had stains and snot all over them. Wall paper is falling off. Very dissatisfied

Clean room, Had a king size bed- good to share with hubby and baby. Complimentary breakfast set up was great- yogurt, toast, breakfast sandwich, waffle, sausage patties, cereal, muffins, apples and bananas, coffee etc. Until 9:30(wish for 10:00am as a late sleeper). Bathroom was a spacious size- definitely a very reasonable place to stay.
