I had a wonderful weekend stay and was very impressed! The room was clean, updated, and tasteful. The beds were comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing; kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The complimentary breakfast was more than a standard continental breakfast. They offered hot eggs and sausage, hard boiled eggs, a gluten free bread alternative, yogurt, fruit, cereals, muffins, and more. Laundry was available on site, as well as a pool. The staff lent me a housecoat, cell phone charger, and gave me a complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, and laundry detergent. I would recommend this Days Inn to anyone.

Clean spacious room, good hotel. Staff are courteous and helpful. Pool, slide and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Free breakfast options really help start the day. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would have. Staff at front desk very unfriendly and do not listen to concerns. Forget to book you for what you tell them. Keys frequently don’t work. Beds not comfy. Breakfast did not come close to compare to best western. Was suppose to get reward points but staff were not helpful. No discount. They gave excuses. Will never stay here again. Also truck drivers park outside pool window looking in as well as to rooms on back. If you want a good stay look for anything but a days inn!

We got in at 2 am exhausted from +24 hrs of international air travel with numerous flight delays. It was -20C in Calgary and we might as well have been sleeping in our vehicle as our room was freezing. Absolutely NO heat. The heater on high did nothing but blow around cold cold air. We were too tired to repack and go back downstairs and demand another room so we just layered up with extra clothes and slept under the comforters. Now on the positive side, the mattresses were comfortable except there was no extra bedding as in extra blankets. It was clean and the continental breakfast was OK. But since hotels are in the business of selling a good nights sleep, I have to say that trying to sleep in this freezing cold room was probably my worst hotel experience ever.

The staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. But the hotel needs a little maintenance. Doors that rub loose levers on room doors and a finicky card swipe on the outside door.
