Regular motel with gym, pool and complimentary breakfast. Rooms were adequately cooled and very clean. Simple bathroom with tub. I would recommend this to travellers

We had 2 rooms booked and were to be side by each. They never received my email regarding this. We were early for check in and understandably the rooms were not ready so we came back at 3pm and the rooms were still not ready. When the rooms did become available, one would have been on the first floor and the other on the fourth. Not accommodating at all. Renovations had been taking place for quite some time and they neglected to inform us at the time of booking. As well, the pool was closed. Not impressed by the demeanour of the woman that assisted us. Would not recommend this hotel what so ever.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The carpet had a big red wine stain in it and the room stank. There was outlets that looked burned. The tv was fuzzy. The bed was hard as a rock. The white towel had a stain on it. The bath mat was all freyed. The window air conditioner was very noisy, it only had the ability to be on or off. If there was negative stars I would rate it that way.

Decent place to sleep. The rooms were clean and everything seemed ok, There is free breakfast but didn't get to try it. There was a long wait for the check in with one guy handling the check in and answering calls at the same time. The hotel had too many doors that made it difficult for people with luggage. The Internet speed was not that good. The room next to our room appeared to be a hotel office and there was a loud conversation. There are decent restaurants nearby. To summarize, there are better places nearby.

They altered the original signed paper that we signed because what we paid costs more. It is ethically immoral to sabotage a signed document and strike of the price that we were supposed to pay after we signed the document. We will be taking action against this hotel and I advice customers to be wary of what they signed. We tried to talk to the manager to resolve this conflict but he simply did not listen nor did he care. Stay away from shady businesses and people such as this hotel.
