Always great service

Jul 8, 2015
Normally great service and decent accommodations I don't know if these guys working are new or not but having been made to pay for my shower twice because my pin would not work? Sad sad sad... and told that's policy. Well there is a lady who works there I apologize I don't know names but she is great. She knows customer service and is quite personable. These two guys not so much. All they can say is I'm just a cashier and what you want me to pay for your shower. No I don't I just wanted my shower that I just paid for a few minutes ago but noooo. ... you pay again they say.... WOW!!!

The absolute rudest night staff. They were rude and called security to have me kicked out I will never be stopping here ever again. They even lied to security and said I was there the week before when in fact I was sitting at home in TORONTO no where near calgery!

The restrooms smell like sewage, if you want a shower bring your own towel or be ready to pay for one, the restaurant is high priced for crap food, the store doesn't have hot food, and you get lot lizards pounding on your truck at all hours! The only good thing is you can find a spot to park.

Got Trailer Washed here. Waited almost 45 minutes for a hardly 10 minute wash. 3 Bays were closed! The lady at the counter was super nice, though.
