Everything was great. I'd give it 5 stars except the elevators were super slow and did not always function properly. I waited for 10 minutes to get on one. It'd stop at different floors and jar to a stop. The hotel itself was clean. Adequate pool and fitness area. Counter staff were friendly. I'd totally go back next time.

I have been here on several occasions for different functions. The hotel is always clean and presentable, the rooms are clean and nice and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant has great food and offers a fantastic Sunday brunch. My daughters wedding reception was at this hotel and it was also fantastic. Never hesitate to spend your money here it would be worth your while.

2-3 star hotel - 5 star service!! Brad at the front desk was wonderful, we came in late and messed up our booking - brad was able to fix it over the phone right away - check in was smooth and friendly (only thing is the non smoking rooms used to be smoking rooms (for people who don’t smoke It’s just not possible to stay on the floor they smell really awful I instantly had a headache it’s extremely awful and new owners should not consider this a non smoking room/floor it is horrendous) HOWEVER Brad quickly fixed the situation and upgraded us to a nicer room that was never smoked in, thank you Brad!! Hotel could use some upgrades (ok a lot of upgrades) there’s no TV only on demand, zero channels. 20.00$ to rent a movie ..... by beds are comfy! Prices are cheap! Highly unlikely that I would stay here again or recommend a friend.

Two stars... I know what your thinking that looks pretty harsh. I travel quite often I'm consider myself a pretty easy going person. Let me tell you a little about the my two star adventure. The front desk person on staff didn't even look up when interacting with us. All weekend he had an attitude that gave us the impression that we were wasting his time while interacting with him. Without Advance warning the pool and hot tub were closed. The restaurant server was absent minded and quite passive aggressive in his interactions, In fact, when we were having breakfast he all but ignored me and took the other person at the tables order and walked away. I've actually never been to a hotel that I felt so unwelcome. It is my sincere recommendation to pick a different Hotel. In fact it's a pretty good statistical probability whatever hotel you pick will be a better than than this experience.

1 of 3 elevators worked. Absolutely no microwaves in either of the 2 rooms we rented. This was very upsetting considering I've a baby and microwaves are quick and convenient for warming feed. Didn't order anything off of the menu. Some prices for items were fair while others were ridiculous!! ($6.50 for oatmeal) Didn't make breakfast as they shut it down at 9am. The building is so outdated (just cause you put a flatscreen in a room doesn't mean it's 21st century). We were not the only customer's who were given the impression - the owner is pocketing the money and not using any towards upgrade his hotel.
