Nice big room. It was clean and tidy. Bathroom was a good size. Just after arriving went to have a shower and it was cold. I guess the place isn't set up properly for multiple rooms having a shower at the same time witch isn't good. But other than that I was overall happy with the place

Really well located for our needs to travel to Canmore and Banff so we don't get lost trying to exit Calgary 😊 Very kind staff. Very nice room, very clean bedding and pleasant decor overall. Thank you for making our stay so easy and for accommodating our pups with a smile. There's a 7eleven next door and a park across the street good for kids or just for a late night walk We will definitely keep this place in mind for next visit.

Clean rooms with nice showers. No tubs and no pool. Easy to find and really comfy beds. Annoying that hotel key is needed for elevator. Need to meet guests or delivery driver in lobby. Decent free breakfast. Shout out to Rosemary at front desk. She went above and beyond!!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. There's tea and coffee for free 24/7 and the breakfast was suprisingly good - they even had bagels and croissants. Served in plastic dishes and no meat or fresh cheese, though.

I'm actually gonna tell a story instead: During breakfast, a woman got mad because she was holding a cup of hot coffee and another person bumped into her and she spilled the cup onto her hand. ACCIDENTALLY. The person who bumped into the lady proceeded to say sorry, however, the lady wouldn't accept the apology and PROCEEDED TO CUSS. Even though this is a hotel w/ kids in it (including me =3). Hotel staff didn't even help, they just stood there in shock. Overall 4 Stars (including hotel experience). Staff should've at least offered ice or cold water.
