My hubby and I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite using a coupon we had received for a romantic getaway. The hotel was a bit dated and the rugs a bit dirty-looking. The bed and bedding were clean and comfy and the water pressure in the shower was good. We also enjoyed the view out of the window our room. We felt the Jacuzzi must have been an afterthought as it was just randomly in the corner of the bedroom and not at all private. It was surrounded by carpet, which also seemed odd. Unfortunately, the tub, shower and sink all drained extremely slowly, which made me concerned about what germs may have sat in there after the last cleaning. The biggest disappointments were the breakfast, which had almost no gluten-free options, under-cooked eggs and rather sad options in general. We were also woken up at 8:00 AM by housekeeping knocking on the door and actually entering our room before we woke up enough to let them know we were there. This seemed especially unimpressive when we actually did head out for the day to return to an uncleaned room. Why would they have woken us and then not cleaned the room at all? Overall, an okay stay, but I'd recommend the Super 8 next door in a heartbeat over this option.

Employed an adult with disabilities knowing that they had staff that would be accompanying them (was explained this on 3 separate occasions before hiring individual). When individual arrived with staff for first day, they were immediately terminated due to having staff. This is discrimination as having staff does not affect their ability to do their job.

We had a pet-friendly room booked directly by phone last minute. Charged 10 for pet and 100+ deposit. Staff were very helpful and loaned us a phone charger. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, just not much fruit and vegetables. Room was good, smelled fresh, a few cosmetic maintenance items noticed. Wished the pool were warmer but the kids had fun. They warned us of a recent break in incident in the parking lot. Appreciated the warning. Location was convenient. Will use this hotel again.

We arrived a little late to check in, but I called ahead of time to let them know we were late. Nice area although there was an interesting musty smell. I went out for a run in the morning and their are some beautiful trails along Bow River.

Great experience. Likeable staff. Quiet room. Generous breakfast buffet.
