Booked directly with the hotel and recieved a better price than anything online. Hotel lobby looks very nice with a dark-wood theme throughout. Room was clean and cool, again, visually very nice, decor was modern, bathroom was please. Mini-fridge and microwave in the king suite room for people staying longer or wanting to do some reheating without going out. Was not able to find a breakfast at the hotel, but the attached and nearby restaurants would do if you needed breakfast and didn't have a car. Nice and close to the airport for people with early flights.

Great stay fair price for room parking and shuttle to airport. Room a little small. Overall great stay. I have to make an edit and we adjust my review the shower was horrible, you couldn't turn the heat up without the water shutting off. Then on our return we called them for a shuttle to pick us up they told us if we could get outside in 5 min it would be there we were out in 2 no shuttle we waited 15 minutes then called they said we would have to wait 30 more minute which normally would not bother us however it was 1130pm and we had a 3 year old they made us run out to meet a shuttle that wasn't there and then tried to make us wait 45 minutes for another. Luckily for us another shuttle say us waiting and they offered us free ride to hotel.

Was told free parking if you stay the night and we ended up having to pay for parking. It was only 5 dollars a day but probably would have gotten a different hotel had we known. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly

Impressive environment but passage a little narrow. This hotel advertises a lot online but has little in terms of complete satisfaction. No free breakfast offered. Lobby Coffee stand out by afternoon, no refills. Paid $109 plus taxes even though they advertised a 72 HR sale and seniors discount. The counter lady pretended as if she does not know any discount exist. Even the so called Dream promo discount was a farce. No bellboy around or maybe non exist. Moved all my four bags by myself to fourth floor. Notwithstanding staff were milling around doing nothing. No consequensial assistance offered. Only help from the lobby in the morning when requesting a late check out by a nicer lady. Cannot stay here again. Not worth the money paid.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was very helpful and knew what they were doing. Also airport shuttle arrived when they said it would and also left in the morning on time. Pool is nice as well as hot tub and fitness. Close to airport. Only reason it is a four star is it was a bit pricy @199+ tax and didn't include breakfast. Moxie's located in the hotel is extremely expensive and the place next door is as well. I suggest a taxi down the road to the mall or Eastside Mario's or other places in this area.
