We honestly can’t thank you enough. From start to finish everything went seamlessly.Manager was absolutely amazing so please pass on our sincere thanks. All of the staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond. Beautiful location for sure.

Good location, comfortable stay, simple breakfast. There are a few things that could be presented differently but good for short stay. People at the front desk are helpful.

Feels like it needs some more tlc.. ex. Paint on bathroom door was peeling and the tub/shower in our room made some sketchy noises when you stood in it.. also the sheets had some random stains on them.. but the bed was comfortable..

Beautiful location and room but not the greatest experience with staff. I had a room with a fireplace and it wasn’t working. My husband ended up having to fix it. Front desk staff at checkout just laughed at me when I told them. Next issue, we didn’t need housekeeping on our last day and we put the sign provided on our door saying housekeeping wasn’t needed. We went to dinner and came back to our room door open and the room cleaned up. I went back to the front desk staff and told them the situation and they said they would let housekeeping know they left the door open. Shouldn’t the housekeeping staff already know how to shut the room door? How does this response solve the problem? When checking out of the hotel, I asked about these issues again and was told they couldn’t do anything because the room was already paid for and that the manager would call later that day. It’s been 6 months and still no call.

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is a little bit older, but the rooms are clean. Continental breakfast is standard stuff, but there's so much to choose from locally, that there's not a shortage of options for eating. A stone's throw from Banff too.
