We were very pleased with our stay here! The room was clean and more spacious than we expected. Even though the hot tub is unfortunately being renovated, the pool area was still nice. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He took the time to point out the spots between Canmore and Lake Louise where we would likely see wildlife.

We called 5 hrs before our arrival time. Very accommodating. The place was roomy and clean. Originally, they said the check in time would be around 4 pm. But we would be there by probably 6 or 7. If ever we arrived too early before 4 pm we would be charged an additional early check in. When we got there the receptionist Laura, told us we won't be charged and the room is now ready. We were so relieved by hearing that. We settled and even during our stay, the whole staff even the housekeeping were very kind. 5/5 would book here again!

The room felt like a beautiful small apartment, the view was stunning, the staff were fantastically welcoming. Best of all, Neil (one of the employees) has maps of the area that he has hand drawn an early morning sightseeing tour. It was a bit daunting because he recommended that we wake up at 4 and be on the road by 4:30. But my goodness. It was worth it. Cheers Neil!

The rooms are spacious and have great views, especially from the 4th floor. Rooms need some updating, especially floors and air conditioners in the loft rooms. Otherwise, room was clean and cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. All staff were exceptional except the night clerk on July 11/2018. When we phoned to request a late checkout we were abruptly told no and and she would not even give us time to explain why. As we were here on business, we were in need of internet access for an online meeting at 11:00am, we only needed a half hour and she wasn’t even willing to listen. If she had, she might have suggested use of the business center or something. Very unprofessional and put a damper on an otherwise good stay. When you pay well over $900 for a three day stay, you expect better treatment. We will not be repeat customers as a result.

Stayed over at Quality Resort Chateau for one night as a part of a hiking trip. The room my family slept in provided us with one bathroom with a bath tub, toilet and sink, a living room-esque room that had one wall-mounted TV and a convertible couch/bed, and one room with two double-sized beds and a Smart TV. The chateau had a recreation centre that consisted of a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, and a fitness room, however, we did not get the chance to visit. In addition, the chateau had a breakfast service, but we did not use this service either.
